Tippi and Rose on BBC Newswatch
Featured on Friday 28 March, on BBC Newswatch a group of RPA students were interviewed as part of a report on whether news content was relevant and engaging to teenagers. The programme also explored how teens are portrayed in the news.

Two of our students, Rose and Tippi, had the opportunity to go to the BBC studios yesterday afternoon and see various examples of news broadcasts before being interviewed on set for the evening's first broadcast of the Newswatch feature. Everyone from the director to the camera crew commented on how awesome our girls were and we could not be prouder of them; in fact we could not be prouder of all of the students that took part in this and the School Reports project

The Newswatch feature was repeated again on the following Saturday morning, on BBC Breakfast. If you missed it then you still have chance to find out what our students said on BBC iPlayer or click the image on the right for a direct link to the programme.
