The student entrance on Open Evening
Our Open Evening last Thursday was our busiest and buzzyest ever, with hundreds of families visiting to tour the school with our Year 7 and 8 student ambassadors, and to hear from the Headteacher and senior leaders.

The newly re-opened Hertford Building with its state-of-the art Mac suite and drama studio gave visitors a taste of what the whole school will be like when construction work is completed in September 2014.

Families were also delighted by student musical performances, which included our rendition of the 'Baywatch' theme, first aired at the Live At The Rose Theatre event in Kingston in the summer.

One parent commented...

'I have seen 10 schools now, including 6 top public schools and 4 state schools. Please tell your head of music that her concert was simply fabulous. I have listened to SO many choirs, trumpeters, violinists etc as part of these school open days all of which have been perfectly nice to watch but frankly turned me off the schools more then on as they were so dull! Last night's performance was brimming with energy, fun, the girls were fantastic singers and so engaging to watch. It was the perfect icing on the cake to a great evening! I felt my daughter would be lucky to be part of such a community'

There's still time to arrange a daytime tour of the school. Just contact the school office. Tours take place every Tuesday and Thursday morning from now until the half-term holiday.
