On Thursday 15 May we were delighted to welcome Year 2 pupils from Barnes Primary School, St Mary Magdalen’s Catholic School, East Sheen Primary School, Sheen Mount Primary School and Lowther Primary School. Over 100 children from these schools took part in numerous sporting activities on our all-weather playing fields.

At Richmond Park Academy we are very proud of our transition programme, which helps primary school children ease into life at secondary school. This sporting event is just one of many activities we offer to our local primaries.

With special thanks to our fantastic Year 9 ambassadors, who did a sterling job of looking after our visitors and coaching the younger students.

All thoroughly enjoyed the various activities and many of the Year 2 students could be heard cheering on their classmates and commenting on how much fun they were having.

A fantastic day!
